Ms. Ellie
Director
Elizabeth Rivera, lovingly known as Ms. Ellie, is a dedicated leader, educator, and director in New York's Southern Tier. While pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership, she is building her family's business, One Village Community LLC, by fostering a community-focused 'each one teach one' approach, helping individuals of all ages develop their skills and passions.
She earned multiple degrees in education and the performing arts and values family and faith above all else.

Coach Joe
Director of Recreation
Coach Joe is the recreation leader for One Village Community LLC. He began his career working with students at the Lehman Academy for Children, Teens, and Adult Basic Education at CUNY Lehman College in the Bronx. When not developing One Village Community, Coach Joe serves our youth at Union Endicott Central School District. His mission is to be a consistent role model and supporter for future adults, helping them develop collaborative skills and engage in recreational activities that enhance community health and interactions.

Channel
Junior Leader
Channel, the young entrepreneur behind Coco Creations, operates under One Village Community. As one of the youngest graduates of SUNY Broome's Entrepreneurial Assistance Center with a 60-hour Certificate, Chanel is now in the 8th grade and pursuing a Retail Entrepreneurship Program.
In addition to her business, Chanel is the Youth Leader at One Village Community, actively involved in local youth groups, a food pantry, and the Broome EAC. She plans to support her college education by expanding Coco Creations and exploring a career in real estate.

Xavier
Junior Entrepreneur
Xavier, the youngest entrepreneur of One Village Community, recently earned his 60-hour Entrepreneurship Success Program Certificate. He designs therapeutic novelties for people needing fidget toys. As he begins junior high, he’s dedicating his free time to developing his entrepreneurial skills and is actively involved in several youth groups.
